Nepalese richest man, Binod Chaudhary is reported dead following kidney failure in Mumbai, India.
The Nepalese business mogul was flown to Mumbai last night to undergo kidney transplanting at Breach Candy Hospital in a very critical condition.
According to the doctors, he died just about an hour, during when the doctors were attending to him.
The real cause of his death is not immediately known since his body is depisted at the morgue pending for autosy.
Binod Chaudhary born 14 April 1955 was a Nepalese businessman, industrialist and philanthropist.
He was the current chairman of Chaudhary Group (CG), a conglomerate that consists of nearly 80 companies.
Chaudhary was also the first, Nepali billionaire as listed by Forbes.
Besides business, Chaudhary was involving in various other government and social sectors.
He worked as a member of constituent assembly and parliament of Nepal from April 2008 to May 2012.
His CG Foundation works for the social welfare and he often contributed in the areas of art, music and literature as well.
Currently, accoriding to Forbes new release, Mr Chaudhary was listed as the richest man in Nepal, worth $1.41-billion.
He left behind a surviving spouse, Sarika Chaudhary and three children.
