The Vice Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party for the forthcoming general elections, Dr.Mathew Opoku Prempeh, widely known as NAPO, has characterized the intermittent power fluctuations (Dumsor) during the four-year tenure of former President John Mahama, which plunged the country into continuous darkness, as a sign that God has already rejected his candidacy for the presidency of Ghana, given that God is Light hence the country must be Light as well.
Dr. Mathew Opoku Prempeh, addressing the people of Jinijini in the Berekum West Constituency during his Bono regional tour, highlighted that the Nana Addo-Bawumia administration has witnessed a remarkable transformation in Ghana’s education system. This transformation has made education accessible to all genders, thereby closing the proportional gap between males and females in education in recent years compared to the past.
He touted the importance of the Free SHS policy and other educational reforms, asserting that they have cultivated resourceful individuals who will positively influence the future development of Ghana.
Hon. Kwaku Agyenim Boateng, the NPP parliamentary candidate for Berekum West, addressed his constituents, emphasizing that elections have significant consequences. He urged them to vote for the NPP, a party with development-driven ideas and policies that will foster the nation’s progress.
He implored the people not to be influenced by the persistent propaganda of the NDC, as they have nothing substantial to offer the country.
