According to the school, the individual who caused the act has been handed over to the police for further investigations.

The viral video which surfaced few days ago shows a student wielding a machete and flogged two of his colleagues with it.

Per the statement from the school, the perpetrators of the act have been identified as; Haleem Jibril, Ahmed Dauda, Richard Ninsin โ€“ all three are final year students and Shadad Aliu, a first-year student.

The victims, four first-year students are; Samuel Ussher, Kingsford Quayson, Stephen Oteng and Dominic Awuku Adjei.

The school said its preliminary investigation revealed that the machete used by the boys was brought from their home and not taken from the school.

โ€œThe matter is still under investigation by the schoolโ€™s disciplinary committee and all stakeholders will accordingly be informed of the outcome,โ€ the school stated.

It added that all the students involved have been identified as day students and have been asked to stay away from school pending further investigation.

In a statement released by management, it claimed that the incident happened as far back as December 17, 2024.

According to the school, its investigation into the incident revealed that the students did not report the matter to the schoolโ€™s authorities until the video surfaced on social media.

The statement added that the parents of the students involved in the act have been contacted while some parents have responded and given statements.
