Former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta has outlined a series of reliefs he is seeking from the High Court in his legal battle against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) and its head, Kissi Agyebeng.
The suit, filed on March 13, 2025, comes in the wake of the OSP’s decision to declare Mr. Ofori-Atta wanted — a move he describes as unlawful and damaging to his reputation.

The former minister argues that Agyebeng’s decision to alter the nature of their engagement through public media briefings, rather than following proper legal channels, constitutes a breach of professional conduct.
