The Nungua Addo Gonno based savings and loan firm in Accra is said to operate in the area since the last decade. A section of clients who spoke with MBN TV said they’ve known the company to be loyal from day one. “We have done business with them for years without an iota of fraud dealings; only for us to see officials of the central bank together with police taking over the premises this morning”, they told.
Another person also said personnel of the central bank did not make clear why they are at the premises yet they are seen entering the offices to carry out cash.
