Leader of Hezekiah Apostolic Prayer Ministry, Apostle Kwabena Owusu Adjei has presented a document titled The 24th September blessing. The gifted numerologist during the presentation stressed on his earlier pronouncements that flag bearers of the two major political parties in Ghana for the 24 general election, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and John Dramani Mahama, New Patriotic Party and National Democratic Congress have their respective response to nature and history working for, or against each of them ahead of the December 7 polls.
The outspoken pastor started his argument with a bible reference quoting 2 Chronicles 36:15- 23 which says, The Lord the God of their Fathers, sent word to them through his messengers again and again, because he had pity on his people and on his dwelling place.
But they mocked God’s messengers, despised his words and scoffed at his Prophets until the wrath of the Lord was aroused against his people and there was no remedy. God handed over to Nebuchadnezzar who carried them into exile in Babylon for 70 years in fulfillment of the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah.
Then in the first year of Cyrus King of Persia in order to fulfil the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah, the Lord moved the heart of Cyrus King of Persia and he released them to return to their own land and rebuild the Temple.
But 16 years from the Time the foundation was laid [Ezra 3:10] things were not the best.
Relating the biblical reference to Dr. Bawumia and Mr. Mahama, Apostle Owusu Adjei said while the NPP flag bearer tries to obey the word of God, his NDC counterpart pose to do the opposite. He said this puts Dr. Bawumia better chances in emerging victorious with his NPP.
