Ghana Prepares For Platinum Jubilee Celebration

As Ghana approaches its Platinum Jubilee anniversary on March 6, 2027, a series of events has been lined up to commemorate the occasion. The “B.I.G. Project” in collaboration with Christ Victory Ministries is hosting a lecture on Founders Day, August 4, under the theme “Ghana, Prepare to Meet Your God.”

The event aims to revisit the foundation speech delivered by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah at midnight on March 6, 1957, marking Ghana’s independence from Britain. Nkrumah’s speech emphasized the need for total liberation of the African continent, rendering Ghana’s independence “meaningless” unless linked to this broader goal.

However, organizers of the event argue that Ghana’s independence should be celebrated unconditionally, citing God’s sovereign plan for prosperity, hope, and a future.

4 B.I.G. NIGHTS @ LEDZOKUKU

To officially open the doors of the Platinum Jubilee, “The B.I.G. Project” will organize “4 B.I.G. Nights @ Ledzokuku” from September 2024. The event will feature prayers, lectures, and the launch of a book titled “A Tale from Northern Ghana” to aid in financing the event.

PROPHETIC INTERVENTION

Organizers believe that the 2024 elections will be highly spiritual, with the Prophet’s role as a primary development partner of the government being crucial. They cite biblical prophecies and emphasize the need for peace and stability before, during, and after the elections.

FOUNDERS DAY LECTURE

The lecture on Founders Day will feature a host of prophets, imams, and dignitaries, including potential Platinum Jubilee presidents as special guests. The event aims to seek God’s guidance and blessing for Ghana’s future.

GHANA’S FUTURE

As Ghana celebrates its Platinum Jubilee, the focus is on building a new nation that offers hope and a future, particularly for the youth. The Prophet’s role in this endeavor is seen as vital, with organizers emphasizing the need for spiritual intervention in the country’s development.
