The National Democratic Congress(NDC) has taken the headache to remind the Electoral Commission(EC) of a petition that was submitted on Tuesday, 17th September, 2024.
The NDC on the said date, embarked on a nationwide demonstration christened Enough is Enough. Per the Enough Is Enough demo, the political party requested the electoral regulatory body to conduct a forensic audit of the voter register and its IT systems to pave way for credibility and trust ahead of the December 7 polls.
After the day-long demonstration in all regional capitals, the umbrella family presented the petition to the EC making some ten(10) demands and copied parliament.

After a week, the petitioners have issued reminder to the EC stating, they are yet to receive any reply to the critical issues raised.
The letter is signed by Hon. Fiifi Fiavi Kwetey, general secretary-NDC.
