The member of Parliament for New Edubiase Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Abdul Salam Adams has ordered the removal of iron sheets he provided for a community shelter structure in Asamenya Electoral Area in New Edubiase.
A section of the people in Asamenya Electoral Area came to together to put up a shelter structure for the community. The none partisan group made of NPP and NDC called Asenuase Parliament’s aim was to create a convenience place of relaxation during the afternoon.
The member of parliament supported the group with iron sheets and the group requested for a flat screen television from the MP and the NPP Candidate which they will use to view football matches and other important TV programmes.
Months after after the MP’s donation, the NPP’s also donated a 42 inch flat screen television to the parliament, the NDC MP again donated 32 inche TV to the group.

In an attempt by the NDC’s to paint the parliament a party colour which was refused by some of the group members resulted to attack from the MP’s thugs to the group and removal of the iron sheets by the MP which have already been used for the structure roofing.
The video is attached shows how the MP’s thugs attacked the group leader in an attempt to collect their 32 tv inch.
The group is devastated as to how member of parliament would react in that manner.
