The vice presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Matthew Opuku Prempeh -Napo, has said that the current government has dealt with power supply issues better that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration.
Former President John Mahama has criticised the current administration for not giving the energy sector the attention it deserves.
He also accused the NPP government of intending to pass on the problem to the next government, which could have dire consequences.

Speaking at United Hairdressers Association of Ghana regional graduation program in Kumasi, Dr. Matthew Opuku Prempeh said the government has done everything possible to manage the power sector better than the NDC government despite the current challenges.
