Trucks carrying Agenda 111 materials and electricity poles were intercepted in Sunyani earlier today. These materials were intended for the construction of hospitals and the improvement of the electricity infrastructure in the region.
Addressing the media on the matter, the Bono Regional NDC Communications Officer, Charles Akowua Tuffour, revealed that they had an Intel from well meaning Ghanaians, the outgoing government appointees and parliamentary candidates are illegally looting state properties, equipments, and materials.
According to him upon a prompt follow up, they intercepted an ASTRA DAF vehicle branded CONSAR LTD. with registration number, GN 7469- 17 loaded with several tons of iron rods meant for the construction of the agenda 111 hospital at Odumase in the Sunyani West municipality.

The Bono NDC is therefore tasking the Ghana Police service to as a matter of urgency protect all state properties and government belonging to garranttee the peace and stability the country is currently enjoying .
However he urged the general public to be watchdogs and informats of all state properties, to ensure a peaceful and smooth running of the country by the incoming government.
